Technical Trainer & Service Technician - CNC Machining Centers (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced technical trainer or service technician.

In this position, you will be responsible for strengthening knowledge about CNC machines among dealers and customers and supporting the European service team in the long term. The company is globally active, technologically leading, and known for high quality, reliability, and excellent technical support.

Tasks

• Planning and conducting training sessions and trainings for dealers and end customers
• Creating training materials, service documents, and presentations
• Supporting the service team in maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs
• Building up the dealer service network through knowledge transfer and standardization of processes
• Closely working with international teams and technical experts
• Occasional deployments across Europe (typically 2-3 days)

Qualification

• Completed education/study in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or with corresponding professional experience
• PRACTICAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE with CNC machining centers
• Experience in customer training or technical training
• Fluent German (B2) in spoken and written form
• Solid English skills (B1)
