• Participation in a 12-15 month practical and development program
• Through assignments in various areas, you will gain a good overview of the broad spectrum of activities
• A three-month assignment on a construction site ensures important practical experience; if possible, this assignment will take place on an international construction site
• Dedicated support in the respective organizational unit and the use of offered opportunities promotes professional and personal development
• The practical training is complemented by an extensive seminar package
• Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will be transferred to an attractive target position, which will be determined during the trainee period

• Completed studies in Civil Engineering (University, University of Applied Sciences, or a combination of technical college and business studies)
• Ideally, initial professional experience from internships and/or work as a student assistant
• Proficiency in the English language, ideally with additional foreign language skills
• Flexibility regarding changing work areas, contact persons, and locations is absolutely required
• Openness, as well as analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to perform, teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment and willingness to work independently and take responsibility

• Throughout the entire trainee period, you will be mentored by an experienced mentor, and you will exchange ideas in regular feedback discussions
• Together with you, we will create an individual program and development plan
• From the very beginning, you will receive an unlimited contract and can expect a smooth transition into your professional life

Our trainee program offers you an optimal career start with diverse development perspectives in an internationally successful group. The annual gross salary is €50,302 for a Bachelor's degree or €52,850 for a Master's degree.
