Technical Text-Administrator Content Composer (m/w/d) (Ref.Nr.: 47038)

We are looking for a Textadmin (Content Composer) for a project in the field of document services at a large insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing complex text requirements as well as administering the corresponding print systems.

Your Tasks
• Analyze, conceptualize, and implement complex text requirements
• Program new text building blocks and their logics
• Program print control (e.g. inserts, conditions)
• Maintain, set up, change, and delete text building blocks as well as print controls and their logics
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and release tests for all newly implemented correspondences for the operational practice
• Create complex expert analyses and concept papers as a basis for decision-making documents
• Determine qualified workload estimates and efficient solution paths within your area of responsibility
• Lead part projects in the assigned area of responsibility
• Create, review, and adapt quality assurance measures for existing and offer texts (e.g. layout, CD/CI guidelines)
• Mentor, advise, and train departments regarding the functionalities of print and text systems
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and administer daily tasks as well as error analysis in the print and text system
• Coordinate changes and extensions to existing print systems
• Show and analyze concepts for optimizing workflows within the Content Composer Tool
• Create presentations, department information, and training materials
Must Requirements
• Deep knowledge of formatting in MS Word
• Experience in analyzing document requirements and their technical implementation
• Good understanding of scripting languages based on C#
• Developed analytical thinking
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
May Requirements
• Experience with the Hyland ContentComposer system or comparable document creation systems
• Programming experience in C and C++ languages
• Experience in project work in different roles
• Experience in creating expert analyses and concept papers for complex text requirements
Other Information
The project will be implemented in a hybrid model: In the first two months, knowledge transfer will take place on-site in Nuremberg, followed by a home office activity
