TECHNICAL SYSTEM PLANNER IN THE FIELD OF BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING (M/F/X)

With around 50 motivated employees, we realize construction projects for public and private clients in technical building equipment, take over general planning or set new standards as an architectural office.

Tasks

• In coordination with our engineers, you will take over global specialist planning of building services engineering such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology.
• You support engineers in tenders.
• You monitor the construction planning in cooperation with the engineers.
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality or quality assurance.
• You regularly visit the construction site and monitor the implementation of the construction measures.

Qualification

• You have completed training or further training as a technical system planner in the field of building services engineering or have even obtained your master craftsman title.
• You have a sound and technical knowledge as well as a strong interest in technical building equipment.
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience. However, this is not a "must".
• You enjoy working in a team and implement your tasks independently, in a solution-oriented and committed manner.
