Technical System Designer / Drafter TGA (m/w/d)

The Martin Rehe Consulting GmbH is a family-owned planning office for Technical Building Equipment with its headquarters in Inning am Ammersee – right in the middle of the Fünfseenland, between Munich and the mountains. We accompany our customers from the first idea to the completed planning, with TGA project volumes ranging from 1 to 25 million euros.

You don't just want to draw, but be part of a team where your work really counts? To strengthen our 9-member team, we are looking for a Technical System Designer or Drafter who is eager to make something happen in the field of building services.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for creating technical drawings and plans in the TGA area (heating, ventilation, sanitary, climate)
• Collaboration on challenging projects – from villas to residential complexes with 750 units, from retail to office buildings
• Work with modern 3D planning software (MH Software) in BIM-supported projects
• Tight cooperation within the team for coordination, project phases, and technical details
• Co-shaping processes, workflows, and the use of new technologies like BIM and AI

Qualification

• Completed training as a Technical System Designer, Technician, or study in the field of TGA/Supply Technology – motivated cross-entrants with PC affinity are also welcome
• First experience in TGA planning is super, but not necessary – what's important is your motivation
• Ideal knowledge of MH Software or comparable planning software – if not, we'll teach you
• Team-oriented personality that takes on tasks, finds own solutions, and has a desire for further development
• Openness to new methods, tools, and a better way of working
