Tasks

• Preparation and editing of plan documents for facilities in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary technology (HKLS)
• Supporting engineers in the design and execution planning
• Implementing technical concepts in CAD and BIM models
• Participation in the technical design of HKLS systems during various planning phases
• Coordinating plan contents within the project team as well as with external parties
• Maintenance and documentation of plan documents and models

Qualification

• Completed training as a Technical System Planner, majoring in Supply Technology / HKLS or comparable
• Interest in the technical planning of HKLS facilities (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
• CAD skills; BIM experience desired but not necessarily required
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork ability, reliability, and willingness to learn
