Technical System Planner SHK (m/w/d)

Create technical solutions for diverse SHK projects and look forward to independent work, modern working places, and early weekends.

Tasks

• Preparation of floor plans & technical drawings
  You create and edit floor plans, sections, details, and schematics for projects in the field of sanitary-, heating- and ventilation technology.
• Technical planning of SHK systems
  You support the design and planning of technical systems and develop suitable solutions for different building projects.
• CALCULATIONS according to norms & guidelines
  You perform technical calculations and designs in accordance with applicable regulations and set the results graphically.
• Work with modern CAD- and planning software
  You work with programs like Trimble Nova and Dendrit and use modern software solutions for daily project processing.
• Coordination within the team & project-related cooperation
  You work closely with colleagues and project participants together and ensure a clean technical implementation of planning tasks.

Qualification

• Completed training in SHK field
  You have completed training as a technical system planner for sanitary-, heating- and ventilation technology or equivalent qualification.
• Safe handling of CAD- and planning software
  You work routinely with programs like Trimble Nova, Dendrit, and Microsoft Office and can set up technical drawings accurately.
• Technical understanding & structured working method
  You understand technical relationships in building technology and work carefully and reliably when calculating, planning, and constructing.
• Teamwork & sovereign behavior in daily work
  You are open to new topics, work gladly in a team, and maintain a calm demeanor with colleagues and project partners even in stressful situations.
