Tasks

• Preliminary preparation and creation of the necessary construction drawings from the preliminary design to the execution planning, supported by colleagues in the planning team.
• Responsibility for setting up and daily management of BIM models, including levels, grids, coordinates, views, planar surfaces, legends, families, and shared parameters, which all rely on agreed-upon project-specific standards.
• Modeling, coordination, and labeling relevant heating and ventilation, sanitary, and electrical systems in Revit 2019-2024.
• Management and security of digital project documentation (RVT, IFC, DWG, PDF) using cloud-based CDEs like BIM360, ThinkProject, and Aconex.
• Quality control of BIM modeling and derived fabrication drawings in accordance with internal and external project standards.
• Collaboration with local and global BIM teams to promote and develop new regional standards and optimize workflows.
• Coordination during collaboration with other disciplines and use of software Navisworks/Solibri/BIM Collab.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training ideally as a constructor, technical system planner, or equivalent (architecture, structural planning with focus on BIM with AUTODESK Revit).
• Multiple years of work experience in the construction of building technical systems.
• Ideal experience with AUTODESK Revit and knowledge of CAD 2D – 3D skills, experience with software Navisworks/Solibri an advantage.
• Polyglotism in German and English, both written and spoken, and secure handling of MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in project teams and communicating with external clients.
• Tech training for Revit, BIM Collab ZOOM + Plugin for Revit, Bluebeam, Linear, Caneco will be offered during work hours.
