We are shaping our support actively – with AI and genuine development input. You want to solve tickets, but you're not just a ticket solver? You'll be the first point of contact for technical questions about our software products – via ticket, phone, and remote session.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

Support & Customer Service

• You are the first point of contact for technical questions about our software products – via ticket, phone, and remote session.
• You analyze and fix technical problems and accompany customers actively during installation, configuration, and updates.
• You build genuine customer relationships: You know your accounts, understand their environment, and are proactively reachable – not just reactively.
• You document requests and solutions in our ticket system and recognize recurring patterns.

AI Development & Product Support

• You develop, test, and optimize AI-based tools and workflows – both for internal processes and as independent contributions to product development.
• You take on smaller development projects that relieve the main development team – for example, modernizing or redeveloping outdated tools in current technologies.
• You critically evaluate existing tools: What can be improved with AI support, set up anew, or made more efficient?
• You bring ideas from direct customer contact into product development – and implement some of them yourself.
• You work closely with the development team together, but are also able to independently accompany small projects from idea to implementation.

Qualification

Your Profile

• A completed technical education or degree in the field of computer science, software development, or comparable.
• Experience in technical support or customer success – you know how to satisfy customers, but also how to excite them.
• Basic development experience: You can not only script, but also have fun building a small project from scratch or modernizing an existing tool.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, prompt engineering, automations with KI APIs).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and web servers / PHP.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.) – you enjoy writing small automations.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and network analysis (e.g. Wireshark) is an advantage.
• Communication skills in German and English – written and spoken.
• Eigeninitiative, curiosity, and the willingness to try new things – even if there's no established process for it yet.
