Technical Service Advisor (m/w/d) in the Service Department

The Eggersmann Anlagenbau Concept GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers in the plant and special machine construction for the waste management industry. The group employs more than 1000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for a full-time Technical Service Advisor (m/w/d) in the Service Department at our location in Bad Oeynhausen at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• You create offers and orders for repairs, revisions, wear-and-tear, maintenance, and spare parts.
• You take damage cases on and assess them.
• You conduct error analyses and initiate corresponding repair measures.
• You coordinate service deployments and commissioning in Germany and abroad.
• You take over communication with our external service partners.
• You document the work performed in the ticket system/ERP system.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a technical vocational training, e.g. as a land machinery mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic.
• Knowledge of control technology and hydraulics is an advantage.
• You are confident in handling common computer systems (ERP, ticket systems, digital ET catalogs).
• You bring reliable and structured working habits and high communication skills.
• You have good English language skills in writing and speaking.
