Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on our machines and equipment in our workshop in Langenselbold, but also directly at the customer's site if needed.
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues as well as supporting our customers with technical questions.
• Training and familiarizing customers with the operation and maintenance of our products.
• Collaboration with the development team to improve our products based on customer feedback.
• Documented work and creation of service reports.

Qualification

• Completed technical education, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Multiple years of experience in technical service or a similar position.
• Travel readiness within Germany.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an independent working style.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
