We are looking for a personality who accompanies customers in the daily use of our software, interprets technical connections, and finds solutions in the application context. This role is not a development or programming position – it is aimed at people who take responsibility for customers and want to explain technology.

Tasks

Your Role

You are the first technical point of contact for our customers.
You accompany them in their questions, problems, and ongoing use of our software – structured, solution-oriented, and with an overview.

• Interpretation and processing of technical customer requests in ongoing software use
• Technical support and system overview around our software (externally and internally)
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the application context
• Accompanying customers until a sustainable solution is found
• Collaboration with service, support, and product teams to clarify complex topics

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Educational background or professional experience in the IT-related field
  (e.g. technical service, application support, IT consulting, system maintenance)
• Good understanding of IT environments (e.g. operating systems, networks, software landscapes)
• Able to analyze and explain technical matters structuredly
• Responsibility for customer requests and solution paths
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication
• Reliable, independent working style and team ability
