For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a
Technical Service Building Envelope 100% (m/f/d)
In Technical Service, you will be our competent point of contact for the professional application of our fiber cement and fire protection products. You will advise customers, support the planning of constructions, and accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Development, ensuring that our products are used in a practical and standards-compliant manner.
Tasks
- Telephone and in-person consultation with architects, clients, and contractors
- Planning and support for constructions and technical solutions
- Site supervision and on-site instructions directly with the customer
- Conducting courses for apprentices and skilled workers
- Preparation of tender documents and offers, with and without quantity surveying
- Creation and processing of CAD drawings
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Polybauer specializing in steep roofs (roofer), facade builder, or
- Ideally, further training, e.g., as a site manager or foreman
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or in the building envelope sector
- Good MS Office skills
- CAD knowledge advantageous
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; Italian skills advantageous
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with negotiation skills
- Independent, flexible, and resilient work approach
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer contact
