• You will be responsible for the technical management of our customer projects from planning to completion and will independently develop initial proposals for target architecture and interface design
• You will work closely with the customer - remotely and on-site - and, together with the team, will be responsible for the process from requirement to productive operation
• You will promote collaboration with operational and technical customer representatives to improve product acceptance and system integration
• Internally, you will act as the customer's spokesperson – in close exchange with sales, product management, development, and support
• You will translate clinical processes and functional requirements into technical interface and integration concepts (including HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR,openEHR, DICOM)
• You will work closely with the SolutionArchitectsand Technical Consultants in the team and support them with robust technical concepts (PoCs, reference solutions)
• Depending on the project phase, you will also take on adjacent roles within the team – for example, in technical consulting, requirements management, or presales support
• Together with the stakeholders, you will define project scope, goals, requirements, and deliverables
• You will be responsible for project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as project controlling and reporting
• You will manage data integration projects and ensure smooth connections between the involved systems
• You will identify project risks, develop suitable risk mitigation measures, and ensure project success
• You will coordinate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and inform all stakeholders about project progress

• You have at least five years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in a hospital environment, with a significant portion in technical project management, solutiondelivery, or a comparable technically focused role
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics,eHealth, or a comparable field
• You have several years of experience in project management of health technologies as well as in managing complex interface and data integration projects in a clinical setting
• You have practical experience with clinical processes, IT architectures, and systems such as HIS, RIS, PACS, and ERP, as well as with standards such as HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR, DICOM, and ideallyopenEHR
• Ideally, you have prior experience as a Solution Consultant or in technical presales, can interpret requirements technically, and communicate withArchitectsandDeveloperson an equal footing
• You have the flexibility to work in changing roles and project contexts, and you quickly adapt to new customers, topics, and technologies
• You are willing to travel for customer assignments depending on the project – mainly within German-speaking countries
• You work routinelycross-functionally with other departments
• You communicate precisely, friendly, and service-oriented, and impress with a high degree of customer focus
• You work independently, solution- and business-oriented, and have strong self-organization skills
• You are capable of managing multiple projects in parallel and building sustainable customer relationships
• You speak fluent German and English
