Technical Senior Project Leader AI Agency (m/w/d)

We are looking for a technical project leader who steers KI projects from the first idea to successful implementation. You combine technical understanding with clear communication, structure complex requirements and ensure that concepts become reliable, usable KI solutions.

Tasks

• You lead customer projects in the field of KI, automation, and software development.
• You translate technical requirements into clear technical concepts, project plans, and work packages.
• You coordinate developers, AI engineers, designers, and external stakeholders.
• You conduct workshops, requirement analyses, and technical alignments with customers.
• You accompany kick-offs, workshops, and important project milestones on-site at the customer's location if necessary.
• You keep track of timeline, budget, quality, and risks.
• You document decisions, specifications, and project progress clearly.
• You recognize technical dependencies early on and find pragmatic solutions.
• You support the further development of our internal project processes.

Qualification

You bring with you

• Senior experience in technical project management, ideally in software-, KI- or automation projects.
• Good understanding of APIs, data flows, web technologies, cloud systems, and modern software development.
• Able to speak on equal terms with technical teams without necessarily programming daily.
• Very good communication skills towards customers and internal teams.
• Professional, approachable demeanor in customer meetings, remote or on-site.
• Travel readiness within Germany for customer meetings, workshops, and project alignments.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Experience with agile methods, ticket systems, and technical documentation.
• Very good German (C2) and good English (B2-C1)

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, KI agents, RAG systems, automation tools or no-/low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or SQL.
• Experience in agency-, consulting- or startup-environments.
• Interest in product strategy, process automation and new KI technologies.
