Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) Residential and Commercial Properties

The Trigon Group is a well-established Berlin-based real estate company with a focus on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. Our portfolio includes around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units as well as parking spaces.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance and repair measures for buildings and outdoor facilities
• Preparation and review of offers, as well as processing of tenders
• Maintenance and updating of inventory and construction data
• Monitoring the realization of orders, budget control, and settlement of building and maintenance projects
• Control and inspection of maintenance and service contracts within the scope of property management
• Ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations for buildings and facilities
• Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports, and analyses

Qualification

• Completed training as an Immobilienkaufmann (m/f/d), Gebäudetechniker (m/f/d), Facility Manager (m/f/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/f/d) with technical experience, Handwerker (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of the building and housing industry with technical, legal, and business understanding
• Experience with VOB, contract law, and construction contract law is advantageous
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
• Responsibility, engagement, and teamwork
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• A driver's license is advantageous
