Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on bathing technology as technical leadership for Main-Taunus-Bad

In the team of the facilities management department of the Highways and Real Estate Office, you will be responsible for overseeing schools, sports halls, and future school and association swimming pools. With our team, we ensure a stable operational capability and modernization of building technology. We coordinate measures for eliminating disturbances, take over responsibility for operation and maintenance, and accompany smaller and larger construction projects of the district.

Aufgaben

• You will have overall responsibility for bathing water technology (monitoring, control, and optimization)
• Surety of a smooth technical operation under compliance with all statutory, safety- and hygiene-relevant regulations is also part of your tasks
• You are responsible for commissioning and monitoring inspection and maintenance work in accordance with legal regulations within the framework of operational responsibility
• You will independently conduct projects of the TGA during renewal or maintenance measures
• You will provide professional support to ensure smooth planning and workflow processes during investment measures.

Qualifikation

Your professional competencies

• You bring a completed university degree (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor) in engineering with a focus on bathing operation or comparable, or a completed training as a technician/master (m/f/d) according to DQR 6 in a trade related to TGA with a focus on bathing technology or the willingness to further qualify in this area
• You have good legal knowledge in the field of HBO, HOAI, VOB
• You have very good knowledge and experience in operating TGA facilities, preferably in the field of bathing operation
• You are familiar with MS-standard software
• You have knowledge of CAD and AVA applications
