Technical Sales Support Specialist in Wood Construction, 80-100% (w/m/d)

Due to an upcoming retirement, it is now seeking, as of immediately or by arrangement, a forward-thinking and committed wood expert as Technical Sales Support Specialist in Wood Construction, 80-100% (w/m/d), to support the sales department in all matters related to wood construction and wood trade. The tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Providing expert advice to customers on wood construction and wood trade products and services; • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners; • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns; • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales, customer interactions, and market trends; • Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services; • Participating in the development and implementation of new products and services; • Providing training and support to colleagues on wood construction and wood trade products and services; • Assisting in the planning and organization of trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events; • Maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in wood construction and wood trade products and services; • Participating in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures; • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. wood technology, forestry, engineering); • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
