Responsibilities
- Support of the ticket system and its distribution to the trades
- Operation, monitoring, and control of building management systems
- Execution of analysis and monitoring tasks
- Completion of documentation and reporting tasks
- General office activities
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a sanitation, heating, and air conditioning mechanic, electrician, or electronics technician for energy and building technology, or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in building and plant technology as well as in technical facility operation
- Good knowledge in the trades of heating, ventilation, or sanitary as well as electrical and measurement, control, and regulation technology/building management systems
- Flexibility for on-call duty and willingness for shift work (Monday to Sunday)
- Proficient in using the MS Office package
- Driver's license class B
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
