Your tasks

• You review and assess technical connection applications (TAG), clarify missing information, and ensure complete processing.
• You organize and prioritize incoming connection applications independently and reliably keep track of deadlines and open tasks.
• For efficient processing, you coordinate closely with internal specialist departments and external professional partners.
• You competently and solution-orientedly advise our customers on connection options, processing status, and further steps.
• You communicate technical assessments and their economic and temporal impacts understandably and in an audience-appropriate manner.
• Even with demanding customer requests, you find suitable solutions and involve the relevant specialist departments in good time for complex issues.
• With your ideas, you actively contribute to the further development and digitalization of our network connection processes.

Your profile

• You have a basic electrical engineering qualification and ideally a relevant further qualification, for example at the level of a professional examination or HF technician; alternatively, you have a university degree or comparable professional experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and an understanding of network connection processes as well as their economic and regulatory contexts characterize you.
• You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
• Your work style is structured and independent. You maintain an overview and set the right priorities even with multiple parallel cases.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident and persuasive demeanor.
• You enjoy working in a team, appreciate collaborative and agile working methods, and are open to using new digital tools.
• You remain solution-oriented even in demanding situations and are enthusiastically committed to the further development of our power grid.
