Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) Operations Department

Your main responsibilities will include: • Maintenance of existing container fleet and equipment, • Troubleshooting and repair of technical issues, • Coordination with internal departments and external partners, • Development of process improvements and implementation of new procedures. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of our Operations Department, which is responsible for the smooth operation of our container fleet. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all technical aspects are properly maintained and that our customers receive the best possible service. Requirements: • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, logistics), • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
