Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Augsburg as „Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the maintenance and organization of maintenance and repair measures
• You coordinate internal and external service providers, accompany smaller construction and repair measures, and ensure timely implementation
• You take over communication with internal departments, external partners, and users
• You conduct on-site meetings, document results, and lead necessary measures accordingly
• In addition, you process orders and invoices and contribute to a smooth workflow in the technical area

Qualification

• You hold a completed technical or commercial education with a technical focus (e.g. technician, master, real estate manager or comparable qualification)
• You have experience in organizing and accompanying technical measures, ideally in the area of maintenance, construction, or facility management
• You are proficient in IT standard applications like MS Office; knowledge of SAP and AiBATROS is desirable
• You work independently, structured, and reliably and bring organizational and communication skills with you
• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking to round out your profile
