Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Commissioning and controlling technical services
• Review and processing of invoices (REB and maintenance invoices)
• Receipt and processing of damage and repair reports
• Preparation of tenant accounts and remunerations
• Care for gas tests, smoke detectors, and maintenance contracts
• Processing of water supply and blockage damages as well as general insurance claims
• Communication with tenants, partners, and authorities

Qualification

• Completed training as an immovable property manager or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience, ideally in damage processing and communication with tenants
• Teamwork and customer friendliness
• Reliability and independent working style
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
• Secure German language skills (at least level C1)
