Job description
Technical Administrator Dispatch (m/f/d) - Full-time | Wangen
On behalf of our partner company in Wangen, we are looking for you as "Technical Administrator in Dispatch (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.
Tasks
- As a technical administrator (m/f/d), you will maintain master technical data in SAP and take on tasks in work preparation
- You will plan and coordinate assembly, maintenance, and repair orders as well as other technical assignments
- In addition, you will advise internal and external stakeholders on technical issues
- You will support fitters in the application of IT tools, processes, and assembly procedures and will be available as a contact person
- As an interface between technology, customers, and external service providers, you will ensure the smooth execution of orders
Qualification
- The basis is a technical training, e.g., as an electrician (m/f/d), SHK (sanitary, heating, air conditioning) system mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or technical system planner (m/f/d), alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with a technical focus
- Ideally, you will have professional experience as a technical dispatcher (m/f/d), technical administrator (m/f/d), planner (m/f/d), work preparer (m/f/d), or service coordinator (m/f/d)
- Experience in operational planning, dispatch, or work preparation as well as in the energy, electrical, gas, or SHK sector is an advantage
- You have good MS Office skills and ideally initial experience with SAP
- Organizational skills, strong communication, and technical understanding round off your profile
