Job description
Technical Clerk Dispatch (m/f/d) - Full-time | Wangen
On behalf of our partner company in Wangen, we are looking for you as a "Technical Clerk in Dispatch (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- As a technical clerk (m/f/d), you will maintain master technical data in SAP and take on tasks related to work preparation
- You will plan and coordinate assembly, maintenance, and repair orders as well as other technical deployments
- In addition, you will advise internal and external stakeholders on technical issues
- You will support technicians in using IT tools, processes, and assembly procedures and be available as a point of contact
- As an interface between technology, customers, and external service providers, you will ensure the smooth execution of orders
Qualifications
- The basis is a technical apprenticeship, e.g., as an electrician (m/f/d), plumbing and heating installer (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or technical system planner (m/f/d); alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with a technical focus
- Ideally, you have professional experience as a Technical Dispatcher (m/f/d), Technical Clerk (m/f/d), Deployment Planner (m/f/d), Work Preparer (m/f/d), or Service Coordinator (m/f/d)
- Experience in deployment planning, dispatching, or work preparation, as well as in the energy, electrical, gas, or plumbing/heating sector is an advantage
- You have good MS Office skills and ideally initial experience with SAP
- Organizational skills, strong communication, and technical understanding complete your profile
