Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Full-time | Wangen

In collaboration with our partner company in Wangen, we are looking for you to join us as a „Technical Support Specialist in Disposition (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As technical support specialist (m/w/d), you will maintain technical master data in SAP and take on tasks related to preparation for work
• You plan and coordinate orders for assembly, maintenance, and repair as well as other technical assignments
• In addition, you advise internal and external stakeholders on technical issues
• You support technicians in the application of IT tools, processes, and assembly procedures and are available as a point of contact
• As an interface between technology, customers, and external service providers, you ensure a smooth flow of orders

Qualification

• The foundation is a technical education, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/w/d), mechanical engineer SHK (m/w/d), mechatronics engineer (m/w/d) or technical systems planner (m/w/d), alternatively a commercial education with a technical focus
• Ideal candidates have work experience as a technical dispatcher (m/w/d), technical support specialist (m/w/d), deployment planner (m/w/d), preparation coordinator (m/w/d) or service coordinator (m/w/d)
• Experience in deployment planning, disposition, or preparation for work, as well as in the energy, electrical, gas, or SHK sector, is advantageous
• You have good MS-Office skills and ideally some experience with SAP
• Organizational skills, communication strength, and technical understanding round out your profile
