And exactly here you come into play. You have fun preparing complex technical content so that it is understandable, clear, and norm-compliant?

You don't just want to write documents, but build structures, improve processes, and really move something?

Tasks

• Preparation and maintenance of technical documents such as user manuals and service documentation under consideration of MDR and ISO standards
• Independent information gathering from development, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, as well as target-group-oriented preparation
• Coordination of translations and guidance of external service providers
• Further development and structuring of our documentation processes including terminology management
• Participation in the selection and optimization of a editorial/CMS system
• Accompaniment of the change and release process for documents
• Collaboration on further information and communication formats (e.g. newsletters, video tutorials)

Qualification

• Experience in technical documentation – preferably in the medical technology field or a similar regulated industry
• Very good German and English in writing and speaking
• Routine handling of documentation and content tools (e.g. XML editors, CMS)
• A structured, self-reliant working style
• Pleasure in collaboration with different departments
• Nice to have: Knowledge in layout/graphic design (Adobe) or touchpoints with usability or risk management topics
