Technical Writer Spare Parts Documentation (m/f/d) – Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Technical Writer Spare Parts Documentation (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You create and update spare parts documentation as well as the associated data sets
• You evaluate technical documents, drawings, and parts lists and prepare them for documentation
• In addition, you create technical illustrations and check documentation for completeness and quality
• You process change requests and ensure the up-to-dateness of technical documents
• Additionally, you coordinate documentation projects and work closely with customers, service providers, and internal departments

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Technical Writing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or completed vocational training as a Car Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Technician (m/f/d), or Master Automotive Technology (m/f/d) with corresponding additional qualifications
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Technical Writer (m/f/d), Employee Technical Documentation (m/f/d), Technical Product Designer (m/f/d), or Documentation Manager (m/f/d)
• Very good technical understanding and experience in technical documentation are required
• In addition, knowledge of authoring and illustration tools, and ideally experience with 3D data, are advantageous
• A structured way of working, quality awareness, and very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing are important
