Technical Property Manager (w/m/d) - Residential and Commercial Properties

To strengthen our team in building technology, we are looking for a Technical Property Manager (w/m/d) for our residential and commercial properties, who will independently and professionally manage the technical care of our property portfolio.

About us

The Trigon Company Group is a well-established Berlin-based real estate company with a focus on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio includes around 4,000 residential and 300 commercial units as well as parking spaces.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance and renovation measures on buildings and outdoor facilities
• Preparation and review of offers, as well as processing of tenders
• Maintenance and updating of property and construction data
• Monitoring of project realization, budget control, and settlement of construction and maintenance projects
• Control and review of maintenance and service contracts within the scope of building management
• Ensuring the fulfillment of traffic safety obligations for buildings and facilities
• Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports, and analyses

Qualification

• Completed technical training (e.g. in the field of building technology, facility management) or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of the building and housing industry with technical, legal, and business understanding
• Experience with VOB, contract law, and construction contract law is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
• Responsibility, engagement, and team spirit
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
