Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe has been successfully involved in the development, realization and management of residential and commercial properties as well as hotels in central city locations for decades. We look after around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units, including parking spaces, and with our facility management and building technology we ensure the long-term preservation of the value of our real estate portfolio.

We are looking for a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) for our team in building technology. You have technical know-how, keep an overview even in complex projects and like to take on responsibility.

Tasks

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance and repair measures on buildings and outdoor facilities
  • Preparation and review of offers as well as processing of tenders
  • Maintenance and updating of inventory and construction data
  • Monitoring of order realization, budget control and invoicing of construction and maintenance projects
  • Control and inspection of maintenance and service contracts within the framework of facility management
  • Ensuring traffic safety obligations for buildings and facilities
  • Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports and analyses

Qualification

  • Completed technical training (e.g. building technology technician, facility management) or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of construction and housing with technical, legal and business management understanding
  • Experience with VOB, contract law and construction contract management (desirable)
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Communication skills, negotiation skills and confident demeanor
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
  • Service mentality and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
