Technical Property Manager (w/m/d)

The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe has been successfully developing, realizing, and managing residential and commercial properties as well as hotels in central city locations for decades. We manage around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units with parking spaces and ensure the long-term preservation of our property portfolio through our facility management and building technology.

We are looking for a Technical Property Manager (w/m/d) for our team in building technology. You bring technical expertise, keep an overview even in complex projects, and take on responsibility gladly.

Aufgaben

  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance and renovation measures at buildings and outdoor facilities
  • Preparation and review of offers as well as processing of tenders
  • Maintenance and updating of inventory and construction data
  • Monitoring the realization of orders, budget control, and settlement of building and maintenance projects
  • Control and inspection of maintenance and service contracts within the scope of building management
  • Ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations for buildings and facilities
  • Participation in the preparation of statistics, reports, and analyses

Qualifikation

  • Completed technical training (e.g. building technology technician, facility management) or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of the building and housing industry with technical, legal, and business understanding
  • Experience with VOB, contract law, and construction contract law (desirable)
  • Safe handling of MS Office
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance
  • Responsibility, engagement, and team spirit
  • Service mentality and very good German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Class B driver's license
