Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As a technical object manager (m/w/d), you will manage and monitor residential and commercial properties in ongoing operation
• You will also conduct property inspections, assess maintenance needs, and support long-term planning measures
• In addition, you will oversee repairs, renovations, and damage cases and coordinate external service providers and craftspeople
• Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with statutory inspection obligations and accompany technical projects such as renovations or modernizations
• You will also document measures, maintain maintenance plans, and work closely with internal specialist departments

Qualification

• You hold a technical education or degree, e.g. as a building technician (m/w/d), master craftsman (m/w/d), civil engineer (m/w/d) or in facility management, respectively, a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in technical building management or property maintenance with you
• You possess knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, DIN standards and operational responsibility
• You work structured, independently and goal-oriented and convince through team ability
• You also have very good MS-Office skills, ideally SAP experience, and a class B driver's license
