• Planning, controlling, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and modernization measures
• Coordinating and controlling external service providers (e.g., craftsmen, specialized planners) based on our remote control applications
• Conducting and accompanying property inspections as well as condition assessments, both remotely and on-site when necessary
• Requesting offers and designing tenders, invoices, and performance reports
• Supporting budget planning and control in the technical area
• Contributing to the optimization of technical and operational processes
• Active participation in the further development of our digital systems and AI tools in property management
Qualification
• Completed technical training (e.g., in the field of construction, TGA, electrical engineering, or supply engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, first professional experience in technical property management or real estate management
• Technical understanding of buildings, facilities, and maintenance processes
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills in dealing with service providers and internal interfaces
• Safe handling of digital tools and willingness to learn new systems
• Interest in digital processes, automation, and AI applications
• Motivation to actively contribute to the further development of modern systems
Benefits
• Great freedom in implementing new ideas
• Secure employment as a permanent employee
• Flexible working hours, hybrid work
• Open corporate culture with flat hierarchies
• Short decision-making paths
• Pleasant working atmosphere in a young team
• Attractive workplace in the heart of Munich
• Personal and professional further development
We look forward to your digital and impressive application documents.
