We are looking for a Technical Project Planner for Finishing & Order Processing (m|w|d) at the earliest possible time.

Your role in the project team:

• Create precise finishing plans on construction sites and at customer locations
• Plan, coordinate, and process orders independently
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and installation teams about technical details
• Edit public tenders, including bid preparation and review of performance schedules
• Accompany projects from the order placement to completion
• Support continuous process optimization in planning and project development
• Advise customers on products, materials, and technical solutions
• Participate actively in sales, from need assessment to bid preparation to successful project closure
• Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships through competent consulting and service-oriented behavior

This is what you bring:

• Completed technical or vocational training (e.g. building designer, metalworker, carpenter, technical draftsman, etc.)
• Ideal experience in the field of building elements, door or fence systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office and planning software
• Experience with public tenders (according to VOB/VOL) is advantageous
• Sales skills and joy in consulting and selling technical products
