Technical Project Manager Software Integrations (m/w/d)

As Technical Project Manager Software Integrations (m/w/d), you will support us in successfully connecting new clinics to HospiChef. You ensure that interfaces for new customers are set up, tested, and reliably put into operation.

While our Customer-Success-Team is responsible for project management, you are responsible for the technical implementation of integrations: You review requirements, clarify open points with customers and partners, and ensure quality until go-live. If necessary, you will also make adjustments on a code level.

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and reliable person with technical curiosity and builder mentality. The role is suitable for newcomers as well as candidates with some work experience.

Aufgaben

• You set up existing interfaces for new customers and accompany the technical integration until successful go-live.
• You review requirements taken by our Customer-Success-Team, recognize gaps, and clarify technical questions with customers, their IT departments, and external partners.
• You configure, test, and document integrations, including data exchange for patient, master, and order data.
• You analyze errors systematically and ensure that interfaces function reliably through suitable test cases.
• You coordinate technical tasks independently and keep the involved people informed about progress, open questions, and risks.
• You make minor adjustments on a code level when necessary and work closely with our Engineering Team on more complex changes.
• You develop repeatable processes, checklists, and tools for efficient technical onboarding together with us.

Qualifikation

You bring this with you

• You have a completed degree, training in the technical field, or comparable practical experience.
• You can structurally grasp technical requirements, clarify open points independently, and complete tasks reliably until completion.
• You have first programming experience with Python and TypeScript. Knowledge of Django and React is a plus.
• You can familiarize yourself with existing systems and are not afraid to analyze logs, data formats, and code.
• You are interested in software integrations and reliable data exchange between different systems.
• You communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical contacts.
• You work well in a dynamic environment, take responsibility, and improve existing processes pragmatically.
• You speak German at a native level and can also communicate confidently in English.

You don't need to already master all the mentioned technologies or interface standards. What's important is that you quickly understand technical connections, work structuredly, and take responsibility for reliable implementation.

The position is possible in full-time or part-time. Our office is located in Munich. We work hybrid, but we are also open to remote work within Germany. On-site meetings with customers will only occur in exceptional cases.
