Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Wahtari GmbH is a full-service AI solutions provider for computer vision. Both software and hardware come from our own hands. Our main focuses lie particularly in automatic quality control, where high recognition accuracies are achieved through the clever combination of conventional algorithms and modern, detailed deep-learning technology. One could also speak of a classic machine builder, only with KI-supported solutions.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for planning, steering, and successful implementation of technical projects
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (IT/software development, construction, production, sales)
• Technical clarification and alignment with customers as well as internal and external correspondence
• Analysis and structuring of technical requirements and translation into concrete work packages and project plans
• Satisfaction of term, quality, and resource planning
• Monitoring of capacities and efficient utilization planning of project participants
• Moderation of project meetings, workshops, and technical alignments
• Leadership of commissioning at the customer's site
• Accompaniment of projects until successful acceptance
• Participation in the further development of project processes and standards

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, industrial engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Deep understanding of IT/software processes as well as construction and production workflows
• Able to quickly grasp technical connections, structure them, and translate them into practical solutions
• Sovereign appearance in customer contact as well as excellent communication and moderation skills
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, and hands-on mentality
• Readiness for regular business trips (approx. 10-15%)
