Tasks

• Technical order processing and operational control of projects
• Evaluation and assessment of order and project documents
• Professional leadership, coordination, and composition of interdisciplinary – also international – project teams
• Zentral:er contact person for internal departments, external resources, and customers in the ongoing project
• Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans including consideration of project risks and preventive measures
• Planning and implementation of project meetings as well as continuous optimization of processes to increase efficiency and quality

Qualification

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification or completed studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, medical technology, automation technology, industrial engineering, plant engineering, etc.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or project leadership, preferably in technical or regulated areas
• Safe handling of MS Office and project planning tools (e.g. MS Project) is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and meticulous work style as well as excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills, motivation, and flexibility
