Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as a „Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)“

Tasks

• You will work on national and international projects in the field of technical training and learning solutions, and take over step-by-step responsibility for your own sub-projects.
• As part of the project team, you will create and review training needs analyses, training concepts, and professional scripts for learning content.
• You will conceptualize and evaluate digital learning media and programs and ensure their professional and didactic quality.
• In addition, you will coordinate internal and external interfaces and accompany reviews, tests, and acceptance with customers and project participants.
• You will also advise on the development of training concepts and support the successful implementation of technical training projects.

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed degree in engineering, automotive technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable technical or natural science field.
• If possible, you will bring experience as a Technical Project Manager (m/w/d), Project Engineer (m/w/d), Technical Editor (m/w/d) or Training Officer (m/w/d).
• You already have relevant experience in conceiving, developing or implementing technical training programs, training measures or learning programs.
• In addition, knowledge of vehicle, commercial vehicle or system technology is advantageous, as well as a developed technical understanding.
• Important are communication skills, team ability, a professional appearance and very good English language skills and travel readiness in Germany and abroad.
