Aufgaben

• You are the driving force in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. In meetings with our partners and customers, you appear as a competent point of contact and build strong bridges between worlds
• You take system proposals under the microscope. With your sense for IT architecture and IT security, you assess risks early on and ensure that our systems remain stable and future-proof
• Schnittstellen are no foreign word to you – you understand how modern APIs work, and use this knowledge to translate technical requirements optimally in the team
• You keep an overview. Through continuous monitoring and smart error analysis, you detect weaknesses and develop proactive strategies to nip risks in the bud
• Laws and regulatory questions do not scare you – you delve into them and ensure that our projects always stand on the safe side of compliance
• From concept to go-live: You are responsible for requirements management, structure project planning, and steer implementation goal-oriented to success

Qualifikation

• A successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with strong technical relevance
• Multiple years (ideally around 5-7 years) of experience in project management, where you have successfully steered complex projects to their goals
• You bring experience from the world of mobility – whether from the automotive sector, aerospace or related tech industries
• Fundamental understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity technology (ISO/SAE 21434), as well as the ability to evaluate security-critical impacts already in the project definition phase
• API integrations, software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system requirements are no foreign words to you, but lived practice
• You possess the necessary finger sense and political instinct to act sovereignly and successfully even in complex stakeholder structures
• You communicate clearly, transparently and find the right tone on every floor
• You easily represent the interests of MOTOR Ai externally
• You have verhandlungssichere German and English skills in writing and speaking

Nice to have:

• Experience with publicly funded projects (third-party funds)
• A background in programming or software development
• Relevant certifications that round out your profile (e.g. Scrum, ITIL, PMP)
