Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for Real Estate Projects

For a renowned, growing company in the field of development, implementation, and management of real estate projects, SKILLs is looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d).

Our client develops sustainable residential and real estate projects in the metropolitan region of Hamburg and Northern Germany.

The company manages projects holistically – from acquisition through planning and financing to realization. The aim is to make project development more efficient, digital, and future-oriented. This is achieved through clear processes, modern technologies, and short decision-making paths.

You will manage projects across all essential service phases, working closely with management as well as external planners, specialist engineers, and construction companies.

Tasks

• Management of residential and real estate development projects
• Coordination of architects, specialist planners, authorities, and executing companies
• Schedule, cost, and quality control
• Preparation, coordination, and support of tenders and awards
• Obtaining, checking, and evaluating offers
• Participation in award decisions and contract negotiations
• Checking and evaluating change orders
• Support with project calculations and feasibility analyses
• Contribution to the development of internal cost and award standards
• Continuous optimization of our processes and digital workflows

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally 3 to 8 years of professional experience in project management, project leadership, or project development
• Good knowledge of building construction as well as cost and schedule management
• Experience in handling tenders, awards, and construction costs
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of taking responsibility
• Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AVA or project management software is an advantage
