We at TWK develop and produce since over 60 years in the growth market of measurement and automation technology customer-specific sensors for the plant and machinery industry. To strengthen our team at the Wedel location, we are looking for you as a Technical Project Leader with component responsibility on a full-time basis.

Aufgaben

In many companies, project leaders are coordinators on paper – responsible for meetings, but not for results. At our company, it's different.

You accompany our products from the first idea to series-ready reality and take full responsibility for quality, reliability, and reproducibility. As a product responsible person and technical project leader, you are the driving force throughout the entire product life cycle: You coordinate, solve problems, and hold the threads together – as the central interface between development, production, product management, and sales. Analytically, practically, and on eye level – whoever sees a better solution speaks up.

This is what your work looks like:

Development Management

• Technical responsibility for development projects within the cost-, time- and quality framework – from requirements analysis to production-ready transfer
• Accompaniment and coordination of interdisciplinary development teams – content-wise as well as organizationally
• Translation of customer requirements into concrete work packages, as well as creation and maintenance of project schedules
• Ensuring a testable and quality-assured handover of the products to production

Technical Life Cycle Management

• Active further development of existing products on technological and conceptual levels
• First point of contact for questions and problems related to production and quality
• Responsibility for change management – from idea to series-ready
• Support for sales and product management with in-depth technical expertise
