Technical Project Leader TGA (m/w/d) in Berlin

Your Key Tasks

Technical Assessment & Planning Coordination

• Evaluation and documentation of heating, ventilation, and building technical as well as structural features as a basis for project planning.
• Preparation of detailed offers and measurement documents as well as close coordination with specialist planners to ensure precise and executable execution planning.

Baustellenkoordination mit Nachunternehmer & Kunde

• Organization, control and monitoring of external service providers on the construction site under compliance with term, cost and quality requirements.
• Ongoing coordination with customers and partners to ensure a smooth project flow and early clarification of technical questions.

Projektmanagement & Führung der Bauleiter

• Responsibility for the project documentation, accounting and follow-up to ensure transparency and economy.
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Bauleiter sowie Koordination der internen Projektbeteiligten.

Ablaufoptimierung

• Accompaniment and control of building technical systems in cooperation with the central control room and customer contact partners.
• Identification and implementation of technical as well as organizational optimization potential to increase efficiency in ongoing operation.

You Bring This

• A completed study or a completed apprenticeship in the field of Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik or Energie- und Umwelttechnik.
• Knowledge in VOB/B and experience in the management of multiple site managers and service providers.
• Structured and result-oriented work style, flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Good communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
