To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio and communication industry, we're looking for a Technical Project Leader (m/w/x) Development of Flight Communication Products in permanent employment at K-tronik. Tasks:

• You are responsible for the development of our flight communication devices, taking into account quality assurance measures, aviation regulations, and customer requirements - Conceptualize and specify our new generation of flight communication devices - As part of civilian and military flight communication tenders, you will work with the sales team to prepare technical offers - You lead projects from complex electronics and coordinate closely with the commercial customer project management and product management - You plan and coordinate the implementation of tests to ensure the function, commissioning, integration, qualification of software and hardware, as well as documentation

Qualifications:

• You have a completed degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related field, or a completed vocational training with relevant work experience - You bring experience in the area of conception, specification, and design of hardware - Your project management knowledge, your confident demeanor, and your excellent communication skills help you coordinate and take over responsibility for interdisciplinary project teams - Experience leading projects with external (international) suppliers is desirable - It's fun to motivate teams and act proactively - You have a strong interest or already experience in the aviation field, ideally in the area of avionics - Knowledge of HF technology is an advantage - Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking round out your profile
