At the location Munich, you will take over as Technical Project Leader (m/w/d) a central role in implementing, developing, and increasing the value of existing properties.

Aufgaben

• Self-contained takeover and steering of construction and investment projects in the portfolio under consideration of the owner's function – from conception to implementation
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of renovation, modernization, and development measures in line with the respective asset and fund strategy
• Comprehensive responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and technical content of the managed measures
• Closely working together with the commercial asset management on rental processes, building adaptations, and value-enhancing measures
• Technical consulting to portfolio and risk management in investment decisions, measure prioritization, and object evaluations
• Technical accompaniment of purchase and sale processes including object analyses and Technical Due Diligence
• Evaluation, steering, and implementation of ESG and sustainability measures at the object level
• Developing technical standards, processes, and control instruments in Technical Asset Management
• BUILDING and maintaining a reliable network of planners, engineering experts, appraisers, and technical service providers

Qualifikation

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering)
• Multiple years of practical experience in managing and steering technical construction or existing projects
• Fundamental knowledge of relevant technical and legal framework conditions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, building law)
• Routine in working together with external planners and service providers
• Interest in technical questions in asset and property management
• Structured, self-reliant work style and confident demeanorGood German language skills; English language skills are an advantage

Regarding the salary, it is possible to earn up to 85,000 € per year (dependent on experience and qualifications) + bonus payment.
