Technical Project Leader (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Technical Project Leader (m/w/d) for our customer in 1090 Vienna to join as soon as possible. Leadership (steering, monitoring, and coordination) of construction projects with a focus on healthcare technology trades in hospital construction (ventilation, climate control, sanitation, medical gases, potable water, steam) from planning to completion, including the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as the coordination of all involved parties. The successful candidate will have experience in the field of building services engineering and be familiar with relevant Austrian standards and regulations. In addition, he/she should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
