Technical Project Leader (m/w/d) for Mobile Intralogistics Solutions - in Buchholz in der Nordheide

K.Hartwall was founded in 1932 in Söderkulla, Finland. The focus of our family-owned company lies on innovative solutions and services for intralogistics. Over the past 90 years, we have built a comprehensive knowledge about logistics processes and their financial and ecological impacts. As a result, we are recognized internationally with our multi-way containers, route trains, driverless transport systems. In addition to our headquarters in Söderkulla, we also have subsidiaries in Romeoville (USA) and Buchholz in der Nordheide near Hamburg.

We are looking for a new team member who will support us as a Technical Project Leader (m/w/d). With your experience and expertise, you will significantly contribute to the success of our company. You can expect a broad range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market segment.

Aufgaben

• Leadership of projects in the field of mobile intralogistics solutions
• Planning and creation of project offers in collaboration with sales
• Techincal assessment of possible projects before the offer phase
• Simulation of possible customer processes and coordination for optimization measures with our software suppliers
• Technical coordination of challenging project situations
• Training of our customers on specific topics of mobile intralogistics
• Coordination of activities with field engineers on site
• Ongoing monitoring of the project and implementation of countermeasures to ensure the achievement of project goals

Qualifikation

• A completed technical-focused study or a further education as an industrial master or state-approved technician is a good starting point.
• First experiences in leading projects in an industrial environment are expected.
• A willingness to travel up to 60% is required.
• A high level of communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as customer orientation, make you successful in teamwork and with customers.
• You approach tasks goal-oriented and solution-oriented, taking responsibility for your work.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round off your profile.
