Technical Project Manager m/f/d

The role of “Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)” for special and compensation systems in complex energy infrastructure projects requires in-depth knowledge of technical project management as well as extensive experience in handling high-voltage systems. Main Responsibilities: * Taking over the technical project leadership for special and compensation systems * Steering and coordination of technical and organizational project activities * Interface management between specialist departments, project participants, and external service providers * Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and quality standards * Leading the commissioning of systems * Supporting the transition from the project to the operational phase * Creation, review, and approval of documentation for the project and operational phases * Active participation in the creation and further development of technical standards * Support in the implementation of requirements from occupational safety, risk assessments, and operating instructions * Promotion of a safe working environment for employees and contractors Key Requirements: * Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field * Several years of professional experience in planning and operation of high-voltage systems or large-scale projects * Experience in technical project management * Knowledge in the area of FACTS systems, converter technology, or comparable technologies is an advantage * Experience in commissioning complex systems is desirable * Knowledge of technical regulations and standards in the energy sector * Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken * Confident demeanor when dealing with stakeholders * Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working * High communication and teamwork skills * High level of responsibility and initiative * Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
