You are responsible for the entire process from the strategic re-conception of the trade show appearance to the cross-media marketing, to the successful, data-supported execution and reporting. You position the Swissphone brand optimally and generate measurable leads in our target markets.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for customer projects in the areas of integration, configuration, and commissioning – from requirement gathering to handover
• Analysis of customer requirements and coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure a structured implementation
• Setup of Linux-based edge devices with Ubuntu Pro and configuration of industrial I/O-, communication-, and interface components
• Coordination and implementation of the configuration of alarm and crisis management solutions in the cloud together with the customer, taking into account organizational and technical requirements
• Planning and accompaniment of remote commissioning, execution of function tests, and analysis of errors on system-, network-, service-, and integration levels
• Ongoing development of commissioning and management of Linux-based edge devices with a focus on automation, standardization, and scalability

Qualifikation

• Technical basic education, e.g. as an IT specialist EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in leading, coordinating, or implementing technical projects
• Fundamental experience in installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Linux-based systems
• Experience with Python-based components and scripts
• Solid understanding of IT networks, technical interfaces, and systematic error analysis
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style in exchange with customers and internal teams
• German as mother tongue and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
• Ideal experience with automation, standardization, and scaling in setting up and operating technical systems
