Technical Project Leader BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) - m/w/d

Our client offers individual solutions around backup power supply for critical infrastructure. Among our client's core competencies is the planning, construction, and servicing of backup power solutions for critical infrastructure such as hospitals, public transportation systems, airports, and data centers. In addition to classical backup power systems, our client is a competent contact in the field of renewable energies. The focus in this area is the planning, construction, and operation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for grid stabilization, peak shaving, and load shifting. The project leader will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of BESS projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, as well as managing budgets, schedules, and resources. The ideal candidate should have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, and a strong understanding of BESS technology and its applications. Proficiency in German is required.
