Technical Project Leader Plant Construction (w/m/d)

We are looking for you as Technical Project Leader Plant Construction (w/m/d) for our Braunschweig location.

Your role at Alstom - What drives us
In our modern office at ARTmax in Braunschweig, over 250 colleagues from 26 countries work on research and development for the digitalization of rail transport. The Corporate Functions significantly contribute to supporting and continuously building the performance of our locations.

Your tasks

• Technical leadership of projects from contract start to end acceptance by Deutsche Bahn
• Technical-economic responsibility for implementing planning, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning processes, as well as monitoring project progress
• Guidance of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination with internal departments, customers, and external partners
• Responsibility for ensuring technical and customer-specific requirements are met
• Support for validations, expert opinions, authorities, acceptance testers, and operators

Your profile - What sets you apart

• Successful completion of technical studies or technician with corresponding professional experience
• Funded professional experience in the engineering environment
• Notable experience in leading technical projects, ideally in the machine and plant construction industry
• Secure handling of time and budget management as well as key performance indicators
• Travel readiness 10-15%
• Fluent German in writing and speaking (C1) and good English skills
